Not a meme…but holy cow does this make my mouth water.

When you crush an EIR at planning commission and force them to restart the process

filing a 23 page CEQA comment letter and getting back a 26 page response telling you that you’re wrong

When you ghost write an op-ed only to see everyone give credit to your coworker instead

When a city finally answers your questions about the RFP

you’re like

but then they’re like…no wait those answers are wrong and you’re like…

and then they’re like…here’s the new answer and oh BTW we’re changing the deadline

When you get an RFP that was clearly written by someone who’s never been in the private sector

How your co-workers react when they realize you ride the bus

When you look at an old 30 year master plan and realize those planners were either engineers or smoking crack

What I do when I meet someone that actually knows what urban planning is…
